What we collect, and what we do with it

Who we are

Seikó Designs, a web development studio based in Malolos, Bulacan. If you want anything on this page explained, or anything we hold deleted, email info@seikodesigns.com and a person will answer.

What you give us, and only when you choose to

We collect nothing from you until you fill something in. There are two places on this site where you can:

• The Shopify PDP Blueprint form. Your first name and email address, which are required, plus the role you select. That role decides which one or two optional follow-up questions we ask — store owners are also offered a field for their store URL, which we use only to look at the page they are asking about. We use the name and email to send you the blueprint and occasional Shopify and ecommerce notes; we use the role to decide which of those are worth sending you rather than mailing everyone the same thing.
• The message dialog. Whatever you type into it. It is handed to WhatsApp or to your own mail client to send — we receive it the same way we would receive any other message.

Both forms also record which page you were on and, if you arrived from an ad or a search, which campaign brought you. That tells us which of our own efforts are worth continuing. It does not identify you beyond what you typed.

Where it goes

Blueprint form entries are stored in a private Google Sheet belonging to Seikó Designs and are used to send the blueprint and follow-up email. We do not sell your details, we do not trade them, and we do not pass them to advertisers.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The blueprint page records its own form events (started, role chosen, submitted) in the page’s memory so they are available to us if we ever connect an analytics tool; today nothing reads them and they are discarded when you close the tab. It stores two small values in your own browser:

• how you arrived at the site, kept for the length of the browser session, so that a form you submit can be credited to the right source;
• whether you have already dismissed the message prompt, kept for thirty days, so it does not reappear at you.

Both live on your device, neither is sent anywhere on its own, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font files, as it does on a large share of the web.

How long we keep it

Form entries are kept while they are useful and reviewed periodically. Ask us to delete yours and we will, without asking why.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. It works immediately, and it does not remove your access to anything you have already downloaded.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Email info@seikodesigns.com. There is no form for this.

Changes

If what this site does with data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
